The present project activates citizens as the future of Europe in terms of promoting citizenship, equality, rights and values. Through the event, citizens will have the opportunity to express their views on current issues and participate in solving them. In this way, citizens will be activated for the benefit of society and the EU. The future of Europe will be represented by active citizens. Through project activities aimed at addressing current issues, the project contributes to raising awareness of the European Union as a safe haven for all who need it. However, the project is not only aimed at increasing citizens' activity, but also at EU-related education. This intends to combat the negative thinking of citizens about the EU, which is reflected in the lack of interest and apathy of citizens in EU affairs and the lack of participation at European level. The project is also aimed at strengthening the partnership. Within it, there are educational activities, cultural presentations, social activities and activities aimed at getting to know each other. The project serves to overcome linguistic and ethnic barriers. It could help build new friendships and thus strengthen partnerships from within. The project will become an important milestone. The objectives of the project are the following: -support the exchange of information between citizens of different countries, - to give citizens the opportunity to discover the cultural diversity of the European Union and to understand that European values and cultural heritage are the basis of a common future, - to guarantee peaceful relations between Europeans and to ensure their active participation at local level, -strengthen mutual understanding and friendship between European citizens, -strengthen cooperation between municipalities and the exchange of best practices, -support good local governance and strengthen the role of local and regional authorities in the European integration process.
