"The Active Together- European Week of Sport project, led by the European Commission, aims to promote physical activity and sports across the Western Balkans. The National Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina (NOC BiH) serves as an affiliated entity, organizing multi-sport events, promotional activities, and social media campaigns to engage youth and vulnerable groups. The project seeks to increase citizen engagement, promote social inclusion, raise awareness about the climate change and foster regional cooperation through sports, aligning with the European Week of Sport initiative. Key Objectives: • Promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles. • Encourage the exchange of good practices and positive values in sports. • Increase participation of young people and socially disadvantaged groups in sports. • Strengthen social inclusion and regional sports activities. Main Activities: • Extensive promotional campaigns using various media channels. • Organizing #BeActive campaigns. • Social media ""Give Away"" contests to engage a wider audience. • Providing mobility opportunities for young participants in sports. • Organizing multi-sport events across the country and in cross-border areas. Expected Outcomes: • Increased citizen engagement in sports and physical activity. • Integration of positive values into sports practice. • Increased participation of vulnerable persons in sports. • Enhanced inter-sectoral and regional cooperation. • Increased participation in Erasmus+ projects related to sports. To achieve all above mentioned it involves various stakeholders, including athletes, sports federations, and educational institutions, and emphasizes sustainability, cross-cultural understanding, and the integration of Olympic values. The project's success will be measured through regular monitoring, evaluation, and dissemination of results, contributing to a stronger and more inclusive community. "
