Description	This project involves the construction of a 500 MW wind farm in Peshku district, Bukhara region, Uzbekistan, and development of the associated grid connection infrastructure of over 290 km of HV OHTL. The project company is ACWA Power Dzhankeldy Wind LLC, fully owned by ACWA Power, which has entered into a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with JSC ‘National Electric Grids of Uzbekistan under the BOOT model. Total investment stands at $662 million, provided by EBRD with an A loan of $150 million on the EBRD’s own account and a B loan of $93 million, syndicated to commercial lenders, DEG (part of KfW) with $30 million loan and French Development Agency Proparco with $40 million support.
