This project proposes installing/upgrading of sidewalk curb ramps and installing/repairing of sidewalk segments to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act and Department standards to bring the curb ramps into compliance with the American with Disabilities Act. 1. NY25 (E Jericho Turnpike/ Jericho Turnpike) from Engelke Avenue to Rural Place in the Town of Huntington, Suffolk County. Install/upgrade sidewalk curb ramps. 2. NY25 (Jericho Turnpike) east of Old Indian Head Road to Harned Road in the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County. Install/repair sidewalk segments. 3. NY111 (Main Street) from Townline Road to NY25A (North Country Road) in the Towns of Islip and Smithtown, Suffolk County. Install/upgrade sidewalk curb ramps. 4. NY25 (Middle Country Road) from Hemlock Lane to Astor Avenue in the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County. Install/upgrade sidewalk curb ramps. 5. NY25A (Main Street/West Broadway) from west of Van Brunt Manor Road to Washington Street in the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County. Install/repair sidewalk segments. 6. NY25 (Middle Country Road) from Wellington Road to Birchwood Park Drive in the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County. Install/upgrade sidewalk curb ramps. 7. NY25 (Middle Country Road) from CR21 (Yaphank Middle Island Road) to approximately 170 feet east in the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County. Install/repair sidewalk segments. 8. NY25 (W Main Street/E Main Street) from Mill Road to Union Avenue in the Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County. Install/upgrade sidewalk curb ramps. 9. NY25 (Main Road) from east of Circle Drive to west of South Jamesport Avenue in the Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County. Install/repair sidewalk segments. 10. NY25 (Main Street) from Herricks Lane to Bridge Lane in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County. Install/upgrade sidewalk curb ramps. 11.
