Adaptation GFFF-V Lower Austria to meet requirements of EC

In order to be able to successfully certify the GFFF-V module in the ECPP and at the same time to be able to meet the increased or new requirements in the UCPM, sustainable adaptations are necessary, especially in the area of logistics. Mobile Command Post - further development of existing systems - digitization (satellite connection, location of emergency services in the operational area, ...) - video surveillance BoO - operations planning in coordination with organizations for people with disabilities (using VTC) - battery instead of mains backup operation, smaller power required for generator set Field Kitchen - (smaller) alternative to existing systems - grocery purchases on site - means short transport routes, less waste, less energy for cooling - otherwise ready-made meals from Austria - supply area in particular poses major logistical challenges in the course of mobilization interchangeable loading body sanitary (shower & toilet combined) - reduction of number of swap bodies - gender separation - showers & toilets barrier-free - also for the use by affected populations or other emergency organizations interchangeable loading body hygiene (cleaning and drying of uniforms) - additional condition for GFFF-V for use abroad - operations of the GFFF-V module in NMK 2021 and FR 2022 have shown the need for replacement uniforms (hygiene & health) - instead of replacement uniforms being regularly delivered in accordance with our processes, cleaning on site is now being considered - including waste separation system and, if necessary, transport of waste back to Austria and delivery for professional recycling - also for the use by affected populations or other emergency organizations VHF radios - communication in the affected country if VHFs normally used cannot be used
