Addison Junction Mixed-Use Development

Addison Junction is a $240 million mixed-use project near the Addison Circle Silver Line station. It includes a 140-room boutique hotel, 30,000 sf of restaurant and entertainment space, a 155,000-sf mass timber office tower, and an event venue named The Hangar. The project will be developed in four phases, starting with a $22 million entertainment section featuring restaurants, retail, a farmers' market, pickleball courts, and a public park. The city will invest $41.2 million in public infrastructure and a parking garage. Construction on infrastructure is expected to begin in summer 2026, with vertical construction starting in spring 2027. Phase one is expected to be completed by summer 2029, followed by phases two and three focusing on retail, office space, and parking garage, and phase four involving the hotel and a potential convention center.
