Adeline copper project

The Adeline copper exploration project is a large-scale sediment-hosted copper-silver mineral system located in Labrador, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. It covers 129.3 km2 over a nearly 40 km long geological basin with over 200 known copper occurrences. The project was acquired by Chesterfield Resources Plc via an all-share deal with Altius Minerals Corporation, who will become a strategic partner. The project is near the regional hub of Goose Bay and accessible to major road and rail infrastructure. Initial expenditure obligations total C$1,000,000 over 30 months, and Altius is entitled to a 1.6% gross sales royalty. The project has significant exploration potential and is located in a top-tier mining jurisdiction.
