Description | The project will be developed under a Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (BFOT) basis. A twenty-five year concession period is being proposed for this project which shall be wholly funded by the Concessionaire. The project scope of work will broadly include: Construction of 2,369Km of Water Distribution Network Pipelines of varying sizes; Service Connection of over 200,000 house connections and metering, including telemetry and SCADA infrastructure; Operation and Maintenance of a newly constructed 70MGD Adiyan II (WTP); Development and Maintenance of a comprehensive Customer Database and collection of revenue; Design, Construction and Commissioning of 7.8 – 10 Megawatts Independent Power Plant (IPP). |
