Maistra d.d. and Hup-Zagreb d.d. (jointly, “Maistra Hospitality Group” or the “Company”) (https://www.maistra.com/#/), part of the Adris Grupa d.d. (https://www.adris.hr/) (“Group”), is an owner, developer, and manager of hotels and campsites across Croatia. Adris Grupa d.d. listed on Zagreb Stock Exchange, is one of the largest Croatian corporates in the country. Operations management for Maistra Hospitality Group is structured under Maistra including E&S and HR functions.   The proposed investment is a senior, secured, green/blue, and sustainability-linked A Loan of up to €200m in financing to support renovation/refurbishment and reconstruction of Hotel Marjan (Split) and Vrsar Holiday Village (Istria) (“Project”). Hotel Marjan and Vrsar Holiday Village will house restaurants, bars, swimming pools and gyms. All properties under this investment, are/will be operated by Maistra Hospitality Group (owner-managed). The design and execution of the projects are managed by Abilia (http://www.abilia.hr/), the project management company of the Group, together with development team at Maistra Hospitality Group. Maistra Hospitality Group is in the process of construction contractor selection for Hotel Marjan projects’ construction works which are planned to commence in March 2024. Both hotels are expected to be operational by 2026, whereas Vrsar Holiday Village project’s design is ongoing, the construction phase is planned to commence in 2024/2025.
