Description
Description | The TalentTECH project aims to enhance the capacity of football academies by equipping coaches, scouts, and sports managers with advanced digital tools and methodologies to improve talent identification and player development. The project will create comprehensive training curricula that combine theoretical knowledge with practical applications of emerging sports technologies such as AI-driven analytics, wearable devices, and video analysis. By developing interactive e-learning modules, case studies, and video demonstrations integrated into the PlayMaker digital platform, TalentTECH will modernize traditional scouting methods and optimize player performance monitoring. The project will be implemented through a two-pronged approach. Work Package 1 focuses on effective project management, coordination, and dissemination, ensuring rigorous quality assurance, risk management, and legal compliance. Regular consortium meetings, social media campaigns, and participation in sports conferences will facilitate strategic oversight and widespread communication. Work Package 2 emphasizes the development and practical deployment of training resources through expert panel reviews, curriculum design, and hands-on training sessions. This will be supported by the complementary expertise of the consortium partners: PlayMaker provides a robust digital platform and project coordination, Vidisport contributes advanced technological solutions and quality control, Compass Academy delivers pedagogically sound training modules, and the Lithuanian Football Federation ensures real-world validation and policy alignment. TalentTECH is directly aligned with the work programme’s objectives by promoting digital transformation in sports, fostering innovation, and enhancing coaching practices across European football academies. |
