Within the framework of the European Skills Agenda, AEFA proposes a work program to support the implementation of the Upskilling Pathways and the development of Life Skills. AEFA's governance is guaranteed by a steering committee representative of the sector and adapted to the work themes. Thus, the renewal of members and the modes of facilitation and communication are regularly discussed. The steering committee's reflections lead to the creation of methodologies and practical tools for professionals. For the implementation of the work program, the following areas of work have been selected : - Facilitate and improve the governance of the adult education sector through the AEFA steering committee; - Support the deployment of the Action de formation en situation de travail (AFEST) through the development of a professional application; - Professionalize the stakeholders and increase the number of transversal skills integration courses in level 3 and 4 training (Fab'Map); - Promote digital inclusion within work organizations; - Strengthen the European dimension through concrete proposals of missions to experts and members of the steering committee.
