"Sport is a fundamental issue in our societies because of its social and educational functions. Founded on the principle of equal access and inclusion, it is nevertheless undermined in reality. Indeed, people with disabilities, women and NEETs are still too often ""excluded"" from certain sports for various reasons: non-adapted facilities, non-existent disabled or women's sections, high costs (equipment and licences), rejection of certain groups... These facts are confirmed by the various reports, action plans and white papers of the European Commission, the European Parliament and the OECD. These data are also confirmed by the French report by Karl Olive (2022) ""L'insertion des jeunes par le sport dans les quartiers"". At the same time, we are faced with climate change, which requires us to rethink our relationship with the environment. Faced with this, we have decided to act at European level to promote change by carrying out this project entitled ""Acting for an inclusive and ecological sport"". The aim is to build a pedagogical guide presenting a working process allowing everyone to act on these 3 key words simultaneously: SPORT, INCLUSION and ECOLOGY. This process, built in 4 steps (Inform-Awareness-Act and Analyse), will be established in a specific ecosystem articulated around 3 poles: Learners, Practices and Values. To achieve our goal, we will do experimental work during the two years of the project by allowing NEETS (18-35 years old) to be full actors. Indeed, they will be beneficiaries but also actors of the whole programme insofar as the contents elaborated will be done jointly with them in order to be as close as possible to their needs and expectations. In addition, the activities will combine action (via sports practices and citizen projects) and reflection (via thematic workshops). "
