AI01 – LEASE OF LIQUID BULKS IN THE PORT OF CABEDELO/PB

There are 3 areas within the Organized Port of Cabedelo-PB dedicated to the movement of fuels. The AE-10 area is a brownfield area measuring 18,344 m² and an estimated investment of R$36.4 million. The studies pointed to an estimated future dynamic capacity of 337 thousand m³. Currently the area is under a transition contract between the Union and the company TRANSPETRO, the former lessee, until the bidding is carried out and the winner takes over the operations. Modeling will be done for a lease of the area for 25 years. The AE-11 area is a brownfield area measuring 20,465 m². Investments are planned for carbon steel tanks with a fixed roof, without a foundation, an unloading station and a loading station. The investment forecast is in the order of R$34.93 million. Currently the area is under a transition contract between the Union and the company BR Distribuidora, a former tenant, until the bidding is carried out and the winner takes over the operations. The modeling will be done for a 25-year lease of the area. The AI-01 area is a brownfield area measuring 18,275 m² and all installed equipment is owned by the Port of Cabedelo/PB due to the reversibility of the assets. The modeling will be done to lease the area for 25 years, as well as the studies showed a dynamic future capacity estimated at 268 thousand m³. There is no investment forecast, considering that the existing assets in the area have already been returned to the port and are operational. The area is in operation, through a Transition Contract signed between the Union and the company Raízen S/A, until the procedures are completed and the new bidding procedure is carried out.
