Air conditioning and ventilation units refurbishment at the Hôpital en Santé Mentale Albert Prévost

The project consists of the refurbishment of the air conditioning and ventilation units at the Hôpital en Santé Mentale Albert Prévost. The project will improve temperature and humidity, air circulation (elimination of stagnant air area), filtration and inject needed fresh air into areas that are deficient to reduce the outbreak of infections (COVID-19) and improve comfort within the building. To do so, ventilation units that are in an advanced state of disrepair will have to be replaced. Raising the electrical input is also necessary given the increased loads. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading health infrastructure.
