Air Liquide Expansion of Air Separation Unit and Network Infrastructure in Louisiana

Air Liquide will invest over 350 million USD to expand its production with an additional Air Separation Unit (ASU) in St. James Parish at the existing Koch Methanol facility, as well as network infrastructures along the Mississippi River. This expansion supports the supply of oxygen, nitrogen, and argon to HYUNDAI-POSCO Louisiana LLC for its new low-carbon emissions steel facility, aiding the development of localized, low-carbon production of critical materials for the U.S. market.
