Description | The Airbus A350-1000ULR (Ultra Long Range) aircraft is being assembled in Toulouse with wings made at Airbus Broughton. It is designed for ultra-long-haul flights, enabling non-stop commercial flights from Australia's east coast to London and New York, flying up to 22 hours non-stop. The aircraft features an additional 20,000 litre rear centre fuel tank and enhanced systems, with a cabin designed for passenger comfort and wellbeing. The first of 12 aircraft is scheduled for delivery in late 2026, with commercial services starting in the first half of 2027. |
