Description | The AKK Natural Gas Pipeline project is a 40-inch diameter high-pressure transmission pipeline operating at 1,000 PSI, designed to supply up to 2.2 billion standard cubic feet of gas per day to power plants in Abuja, Kaduna, Kano, and other locations. The project aims to unlock economic prosperity, support energy security, and promote industrial growth in Nigeria, especially in the northern region. The second segment of the project is a 320-kilometer pipeline with all welding works completed, and river and road crossings done. Additional contractors will be engaged to expedite completion. |
