Description	Akfen Energy 10.2MW solar PV is the first licensed solar PV in Turkey. Construction seem to have started end of May 2016. Pheonix Solar AG annd its partner, a unit of Asunim group, received the order from Akfen Renewable Energies for engineering, procurment and construction. Phoenix solar will handle project management. The project is supported by the European Reconstruction and Development Bank (EBRD). The concession agreement is for a period of 49 years. Construction of the PV farm in Elazig should end in September 2016. The partners will operate and maintain the park. The produced power will be sold to the grid.
