The project was expected to generate 30.5GWh annually. The project company was PAK Enerji Uretimi. The project was commissioned in two stages. The first 3.1MW became operational on August 3rd 2012. The second 5.3MW was commissioned on August 28th 2012. Output was sold to the national grid. Akfen's run-of-river hydro projects enjoy a purchase guarantee US$0.73/MWh for 10 years.
