Description | The project entails the construction of 4 Wind Farms, part of Akfen Enerji portfolio in Turkey (99MW Ucpinar, 66MW Denizli, 51MW Hasanoba, 26MW Kocalar), SPV is Akfen Enerji, the renewable energy arm of Akfen Holding. The sponsor provides $ 60 million in equity, EBRD provides a $ 50 million loan, while a consortium of four provides provides the rest of finance ($ 260 million). The PPA period of the project is 49 years. Debt is provided by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) $ 50 million, Garanti Bank ($ 65 million), Turkey's Is Bank ($ 65 million), Vakifbank ($ 65 million) and Yapi Kredi Bank ($ 65 million) provided a total of $ 310 million.
