Al Layan Oasis - recreational and eco-tourism project in Dubai

project in planning

The project involves the development of Al Layan Oasis, a large-scale desert leisure and eco-tourism destination in Dubai spanning approximately one million square metres. The master-planned site will feature a central lake as its focal point, alongside four themed zones dedicated to family recreation, events and gatherings, camping and caravanning facilities, and leisure services. The development will include around 14 km of walking and cycling tracks — some elevated for panoramic desert views — as well as open-air cinema areas, an amphitheatre, food-truck zones, and dedicated caravan spaces.
