Construction of natural gas pipelines and eight compressor stations, a 3.5-billion-cu-ft-per-day gas processing plant and carbon capture plant on the North Slope, and a 20-million-metric-tons-per-year liquefied natural gas export terminal and combined-cycle power plant in Nikiski. Includes construction of liquefaction trains; fabrication and erection of LNG storage tanks; purchase of 807 miles of 42-in.-dia pipe; and purchase and installation of power generation and gas dehydration, compression, processing, cooling, filtering, pressure regulating and metering equipment. The pipeline will have a throughput capacity of 3.3 billion cu ft of gas per day.
