The Alberta Infrastructure - Bundle 4 - Northern Alberta Retrofit, Repair, and Upgrade Projects (Remote Locations) Project (the Project) includes the following retrofits, repairs and upgrades at ten Northern Alberta sites: • Replacement of the motor control centre, transformer, and power feed; elevator replacement and barrier free access; and replacement of domestic water lines and fixtures at the Bonnyville Provincial Building. • Replacement of variable air volume boxes and air balancing; and interior lighting replacement at the High Level Provincial Building. • Elevator Replacement at the Lac La Biche Provincial Building. • Replacement of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and controls at the Peace River Provincial Building. • Roof replacement and related flashing at the Peace River Warehouse Building. • Interior finishes renewal at the Peace River Courthouse. • Replacement of the elevator cab and controls; exterior envelope renewal (Replace exterior brick caulking, window glazing, and gaskets); replacement of main electrical system; interior finishes renewal; and replacement of domestic water lines and fixtures at the St. Paul Courthouse • Replacement of the elevator cab and controls; and replacement of domestic water lines (drinking fountain, bathroom fixtures (sinks & toilets), and related piping) and fixtures at the St. Paul Provincial Building
