"The project focused on promoting healthy lifestyles and well-being through natural physical activity, inspired by European Commission recommendations and WHO's health goals. The proposed Not-for-profit European event, All Crete Blue-Green, continues the projects ""Blue Green Exercise"" and Deep Blue Green. Emphasises the three pillars of HealthyLifestyle4All: raising awareness, facilitating access to sports and activities with a focus on inclusion, and promoting holistic approaches to food, health, well-being, and sport. The project builds upon the European Week of Sport initiative, which has been proposed for two years, aiming for widespread participation across age and social demographics. Its horizontal priority is to encourage healthy lifestyles for all, using a combination of expanding knowledge and enjoying activities of exercise, outdoor sports, retreat, and well-being in nature, integrating psychology and ecopsychology techniques. Activities will be tailored to the Cretan nature, focusing on water—and nature-based activities. During the event, we aim to expand knowledge, expand educational efforts, and reach a broader audience that will participate in sports and exercise activities. Through a holistic approach, the project seeks to foster a deeper connection to nature, enjoyment of exercise, and psychological well-being. Besides, it aims to bridge societal gaps and promote environmental sustainability through nature-based activities to increase intrinsic motivation for better physical and mental health. In addition, the proposed event seeks to encourage sustainable sports practices while leveraging Crete's natural beauty and resources. Combining water-based (blue) and land-based (green) sports will emphasise environmental consciousness, community engagement, and inclusivity. It will attract participants from across Europe, fostering cultural exchange and collaboration. "
