The proceeds will be used for the privatisation of ALCP3 Municipal Solid Waste-to-Energy Plant ( 6MW) by Shaiyo Triple A. It will be conducted along with Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to supply 4.5MW of electricity with the Adder rate of THB 3.50/kWh for a period of 7 years together with Concessionn Agreement for disposing fresh municipal solid waste for 20 years. Description | The proceeds will be used for the privatisation of ALCP3 Municipal Solid Waste-to-Energy Plant ( 6MW) by Shaiyo Triple A. It will be conducted along with Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to supply 4.5MW of electricity with the Adder rate of THB 3.50/kWh for a period of 7 years together with Concessionn Agreement for disposing fresh municipal solid waste for 20 years. CHANDLER and THONG-EK LAW OFFICES LIMITED is acting as legal adviser to Lender, Mott McDonald is acting as Technical adviser to Lender. The transaction is financed with debt and equity. The debt comprises of US$ 17.57 million 7-year Term Loan provided by Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited and US$ 0.71 million 2-year Term Loan provided by Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited. |
