CHANDLER and THONG-EK LAW OFFICES LIMITED is acting as legal adviser to Lender, Mott McDonald is acting as Technical adviser to Lender. The transaction is financed with debt and equity. The debt comprises of US$ 17.57 million 7-year Term Loan provided by Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited and US$ 0.71 million 2-year Term Loan provided by Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited. |
