Description | Hillwood is developing two new Class A speculative industrial buildings at AllianceTexas: Alliance Gateway 70, a 268,623-SF facility with 36-foot clear height, and Alliance Gateway 71, a 501,235-SF facility with 40-foot clear height. Both are located near the interchange of Independence Parkway and Henrietta Creek Road adjacent to State Highway 170. Construction began in March 2026 with expected completion in Q3 2026 and Q4 2026 respectively. The projects are designed by RGA Architects, with civil engineering by Westwood and construction by Hillwood Construction Services. Financing is provided by Enterprise Bank and Comerica Bank. |
