A senior loan of up to USD 60 million (EUR 52 million) in favour of TAV Kazakhstan LLP, a special purpose vehicle incorporated in Kazakhstan, and its two operating subsidiaries Almaty International Airport JSC, which owns the eponymous airport, and Venus Trading LLP, which provides refuelling services (jointly, the "Co-Borrowers"). The transaction is an extension in form of an additional tranche of Project ID 51186 signed in September 2021 that enabled acquisition of AIA and construction of an international passenger terminal (the "Original Transaction") by TAV Havalimanlari Holding A.S. (TAV Holding) and Kazakhstan Infrastructure Fund (jointly, the "Sponsors").
