"ALPS EEN Project aims at establishing an Enterprise Europe Network ""Consortium"" for North-West of Italy, covering three regions (Piemonte, Liguria and Valle d’Aosta); the general vision of the proposed action is to enhance and create EU value added services dedicated to companies. The EEN services will be embedded in experienced host organisations whose institutional mission is fostering the growth of local economy and supporting it through effective and targeted long term programs. ALPS EEN project addresses major EU industrial policy challenges : strengthening competitiveness, resiliance & growth of EU SMEs, promoting employment, social cohesion & sustainability in the Single Market. A specific set of existing “EEN” based services, integrating business & innovation support, will be further enhanced with Ditalisation, Sustainability and Resilience advice to help SMEs seeking opportunities in the single market and third countries. The vision of the project is in line with the one of the present Enterprise Europe Network results and outcomes. To be coherent with this strategy, ALPS consortium will focus on the creation of an ecosystem of high impact clients SMEs with international ambition and growth potential, focusing on a coherent and collaborative approach, where each client is at the centre of a regional (if not multiregional) support set of services, followed by a EEN hub (HUb&SPOKE approach). The intensity of the services provided to a specific client will conbusitute a journey to a impact for the business. 4 main objectives will drive activities: 1) Assist local SMEs in becoming more competitive & sustainable; 2) Help SMEs seizing opportunities and overcome barriers in Single Market; 3) Communicate EEN brand & value added at regional/national level; 4) Collaborate with the Network and ensure its professional quality growth & management; "
