The contract was for 36 months, with subsequent renewals of agreement, possibly on a longer-term basis. The project was estimated to cost APR about US$ 117 million. The emergency power supply agreement was signed on September 20, 2006. And, the project became operational in October 2006. The plant was mentioned in a report in December 2010 and there doesn't seem to be any evidence of contract termination. |
