The EPC contract is awarded to BD Agro Renewables. BD Agro is a subsidiary of Big Dutchman Group. The project was commissioned in October 2012. Information on power evacuation is unavailable, given the nature of the plant it may be a captured power plant - but this is also collected under the PPIRE methodology. Construction took 9 months. Total project cost was estimated at US$13 million, based on the total cost of three additional (similar) plants being developed by AltEnergo at a cost of US$39 million.
