Description

Alternus Clean Energy, Inc. has signed definitive agreements to acquire a renewable energy portfolio of over 80 MWp consisting of 33 operational solar projects across eight U.S. states. The acquisition is valued at approximately $60 million, including existing project-level debt, and is expected to complete by the end of Q2 2024.
