The scope of work will broadly include development, implementation, operations and maintenance of a marina in Amaravati, the capital of Andhra Padresh, a state in the south-east of India. The concession period is 33 years.The marina will include:Aluminum Alloy Pontoon Marina with wood or WPC decking and pile guides with minimum sixty (60) berthsTraining centre with classrooms to provide certification in Sailing and PowerboatingSafety Induction and training centreProcurement and operation of the following boats & safety equipmentPower boats/ Pantoons of min. 14 ft. length – 10nos.,Optimist sail boats – 6 nos.Laser Sail Boats – 2 nos.Rescue & Safety boats as per international standards-2 nos. aOther safety & miscellaneous equipmentSlip Way and Boat Launch FacilityElectrical Supply and Battery Charging Facilities of adequate capacity on the MarinaBoat Repair FacilityBoats and AccessoriesShower room, change room and toilet facilities for boat owners and visitors/ touristsSufficient Parking facilities for two and four wheelers as per applicable development regulationsLandscaping, refreshment facilities with drinking water facilityWater treatment plant with water supply facility to boats on the Marina
