The company will open a USD 78 million Series A notes round to secure funds for the construction of a battery energy storage system at an unspecified location. Additionally, Ameresco will issue Series B notes with a 20-year term to support a separate solar-plus-storage project and has arranged a USD 300 million uncommitted private shelf facility for future solar and battery energy assets.
