American Resources Modular Rare Earth Refining Expansion

American Resources is expanding its rare earth refining capacity at its Marion, Indiana site, doubling the planned capacity of its Phase 1 refining campus to target an annual output of over 16,000 metric tons of separated and purified oxide. The expansion includes four production lines capable of processing recycled and primary feedstocks, with initial production expected in Q3 2026 and full commissioning later in the year. The modular design allows incremental capacity additions and future expansion for other critical minerals.
