The project goal is to develop a concept and create pitch materials, including playable prototype, for the Krillbite Studio's upcoming video game project. A successful project will position the studio for acquiring further project funding through partnerships with investors and publishers, and thus is a crucial first step in bringing the game to market. The project will involve all members of the studio. Management will largely focus on developing the budget and further projects plans, while the creative team will focus on designing and prototyping, and concept development. Specifically, our plan is to develop a playable prototype, production budget and plans, a game design document, and other pitch materials throughout the project period. We expect to be in a pitch-ready position by end of the project.
