The $175 million project is led by Grand Action 2.0 and is on track for completion in early 2027. The stadium features a cantilevered canopy with 1,600 tons of steel installed by local companies. The project includes a topping out ceremony marking the placement of the last structural beam. Rockford and AECOM Hunt are the joint venture construction partners, with Progressive Companies as the architect. The stadium will be owned and operated by the Grand Rapids-Kent County Convention/Arena Authority (CAA). |
