The stadium will have an 8,500 capacity and will be owned and operated by the Grand Rapids-Kent County Convention/Arena Authority once completed. Adjacent to the stadium, a mixed-use Stadium District Tower project is planned, including retail, restaurant, office space, parking, and residential units.
