Description | The Anakkampoyil-Kalladi-Meppadi twin tunnel road is a key infrastructure project for the development of the Malabar region in Kerala. It will be Kerala's longest and the third longest twin-tube road tunnel in India, with a total project length of 8.73 km, of which 8.11 km will be twin tunnels. The project aims to resolve traffic congestion on the Wayanad ghat road and reduce travel hardships in Wayanad.
