Anax Turboexpander System Deployment at Enbridge Facilities

Anax Power has signed Operating Agreements with Enbridge to install its Anax Turboexpander System (ATE) at locations in Pennsylvania and Ontario, Canada. The projects will add up to 1.5 MW of clean energy capacity in Hamilton, Ontario and up to 2 MW in Pennsylvania. The emissions-free power generated will be consumed in Magellan Scientific's co-located, modular, off-grid data centers. The ATE uses the pressure and flow of natural gas within Enbridge's pipeline to drive a turbine and generate zero-emissions electricity without combustion or greenhouse gas emissions. Anax will install up to three ATEs in Ontario and up to four in Pennsylvania, integrated with Magellan's data centers, providing clean base load power and cooling to improve server efficiency.
