The proposed project is designed to support the Government of Angola unlock digital acceleration through four mutually reinforcing components around digital inclusion, the enabling environment for digital public service delivery, and development of a trust environment. The fourth component, project management, builds the capacity of the country’s digital transformation agency, Instituto de Modernização Administrativa (IMA), to lead and support coordination of the country’s digital acceleration agenda, thereby ensuring greater impact and sustainability of the interventions and reforms under the first three components.
