The sponsor was a local private company Wuhan Kaidi Holding Investment Co Ltd who had a 100% stake in the project. The total investment was RMB 233.10 million (US$ 34.43 million). The capacity of the plant was 25MW. A SPV Lujiang Kaidi Green Energy Development Co., Ltd. was registered in Lujiang County to build and operate the power plant. Concession term was not reported. It seemed that Kaidi won the contract through direct negotiation. The project was substantially completed in Aug 2012. At least 25% of construction had been achieved by Nov 2011. |
