Ltd. signed a 25 year agreement to build and operate a wastewater treatment plant in Xiuning County, Anhui Province. The plant capacity was 40,000 cubic meters per day. Shanghai Fudalefumen Environmental Protection Engineering Co. Ltd. invested RMB 78 million (US$ 9.79 million) and owned 100% of the project. Construction of the plant commenced in December 2006 and was planed to come into operation in June 2008. |
