In Nov 2010, construction commenced. The capacity of the project was 4.5MW and total investment was RMB 130 million (US$ 19.20 million). The plant could process 300 tons of household solid waste per day. The facility came into operation in Nov 2011. Mizuda had a 100% stake in the project. The concession term of the agreement was not reported. At least 25% of construction had been achieved by Mar 2011. |
