Description	In 2010, a local private company Mizuda Group signed an agreement with the Anji County Government to build and operate a solid waste power plant in Anji County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. In Nov 2010, construction commenced. The capacity of the project was 4.5MW and total investment was RMB 130 million (US$ 19.20 million). The plant could process 300 tons of household solid waste per day. The facility came into operation in Nov 2011. Mizuda had a 100% stake in the project. The concession term of the agreement was not reported. At least 25% of construction had been achieved by Mar 2011.
