Anmore - Community Hub

The project will construct a new community centre which will be the first and only purpose-built amenity for public use in the Anmore community. This community hub will allow for the expansion of community-based services and provide needed infrastructure to the community for long-term recreational and cultural opportunities. This infrastructure project will allow the village of Anmore to create a hub for both community events and cultural activities. Previously the village used a repurposed home; however, it had to be demolished and now there is no community center in Anmore. The building will include washrooms, one large multi-purpose space, which can be divided, as well as several smaller spaces for meetings and other events. The project works will include: - large multi-purpose space; - additional smaller multi-purpose meeting rooms; - gender inclusive washroom facilities; - access road and parking stalls; and, - other related works.
