Description | In December 2011, a local private company Beijing Sound Environment Industry Group signed an agreement with the Ansha Municipal Government to build and operate the Dagushan Wastewater Treatment Plant in Anshan City, Liaoning Province. The capacity of the facility was 30,000 cubic meters per day. The total investment was RMB 94 million (US$ 14.90 million) and Beijing Sound had a 100% stake in the project. The concession term of the project was 30 years. The agreement was granted following an open bidding process. Construction commenced in April 2012 and was completed in Dec 2012. At least 25% of construction had been achieved by Jun 2012. |
