Description | This project will provide new water, sewer and road upgrading in the Glam Road, Anthony’s Road and Boyd Avenue area of Clarke’s Beach for 38 residences to bring this area up to standards of the adjacent area. It will replace the existing water and septic systems by upgrading the aging 50mm water supply line and replacing the currently used septic system with a sewer system. This project will also include the installation of a new 870m-50mm HDPE waterline on Conception Bay Highway and Riverview Avenue at 1.8m minimum bury to replace the existing 38mm waterline which ran through the Clarke’s Pond and has since deteriorated. It is now removed and a temporary 25mm waterline is connected, above ground, to provide temporary water service to 25 homes and businesses. |
