Anyang Municipal Waste Water Treatment Centre Phase I Project

The project comprises the first phase of the construction of Anyang municipal waste water treatment centre in Henan Province, China. The sponsor is a consortium, led by Everbright Water Limited, which signed a concession agreement for the project on 6 June, 2024. The concession period is 30 years, including the construction time. The investment is approximately $91.46m or RMB663 million. China Everbright Water Limited holds 99% equity interest in the consortium. The plant will be financed, invested in, constructed, operated and maintained based on the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model 99% by Everbright Water.
