As of March 2007, RAO UES of Russia Holding Company held 49% of Grozenergo's stock. As a result of the restructuring of the power sector in Russia during 2003-2008, Grozenergo was a dependant company within JSC "Interregional Distribution Grid Company" (IDGC). JSC IDGC Holding was established as a result of the reorganization of RAO UES of Russia to manage interregional distribution grid companies (IDGCs) As of end of 2010, Grozenergo - Open Joint-Stock Company for Energy and Electrification of the Chechen Republic, was 49% owned by IDGC and it was now categorized as a construction, procurement and service organization. http://www.holding-mrsk.ru/eng/investors/capital/structure/info10/
